A|r and ARIG relocated to new office space in an existing 2-storey block structure linked to an Italianate style former residence. The space required significant demolition and redesign of all lighting and HVAC systems with original building details restored. ARIG provided interior design services including, space planning, material, finish, color, furniture, lighting selections. An atrium workarea open to the second floor with a climbing wall and adjacent outdoor garden are among the design features that resulted in a unique blend of contemporary and historic detailing.
