Key issues for this organization wide program study were continued growth in the financial services sector and a desire to consolidate administrative services for the 21st century. The program, prepared by ARIG as a consultant to the project team, served as the basis for design of a new 75,000 square foot headquarters facility. ARIG continues to provide these services for First Niagara's ongoing facility planning requirements.
